3. How long does the design process take?

7. Do you only desing with pets/people?

No, we don't limit ourselves to pets and people! We do it all!

8. I don't know which photos to choose or which would look the best, can you help me?

9. The photo isn't quite like I want it to be, can you modify it/ Do you make custom designs?

10. Can I cancel or get a refund?

Please understand that, once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or canceled due to the personalized nature of our products.

11. I still haven't received any emails after my purchase. What should I do?

If you haven't received any emails after your purchase (after 2 - 4 days after purchase), please check your spam or junk folders to ensure that our emails haven't been filtered.

12. Do you ship worldwide?

As of now, we currently only ship to the US, Canada and Australia.
